Annabel's is a private members club in Mayfair, London, founded in 1963 by Mark Birley. The club was named after Birley's then-wife, Lady Annabel Vane-Tempest-Stewart. It originally occupied the basement of 44 Berkeley Square and quickly became one of the most prestigious nightlife destinations in London, attracting royalty, politicians, celebrities, and socialites throughout the 1960s, 70s, and 80s. The club was known for its strict dress code, refined atmosphere, and reputation as a place where the British upper class mixed with international high society.

In 2007, shortly before his death, Mark Birley sold Annabel's and his other private members clubs to entrepreneur Richard Caring for approximately 95 million pounds. Under Caring's ownership, Annabel's closed its original basement location in 2018 and reopened at 46 Berkeley Square, occupying the entirety of a Georgian townhouse. The new location was designed by Martin Brudnizki and features multiple floors of dining rooms, bars, a garden terrace, a cigar salon, and a nightclub. The interiors are characterized by elaborate maximalist design with floral motifs, hand-painted murals, and extensive art collections.

Membership at Annabel's requires nomination and seconding by existing members, followed by review by a membership committee. The annual subscription is approximately 3,250 pounds with a joining fee of 1,750 pounds for full members. Reduced rates are available for members under 35, with under-27 memberships at approximately 1,250 pounds per year. Joint memberships for couples residing at the same address are available at 5,750 pounds per year.

Annabel's has hosted events ranging from intimate dinners to large-scale galas and is regularly cited as one of the most exclusive private clubs in the world. The club operates under the Birley Clubs umbrella, which also includes Mark's Club and Harry's Bar in London, all owned by Richard Caring's Caprice Holdings group.
