Ten Trinity Square Private Club is a private members club located within the historic 10 Trinity Square building near the Tower of London in the City of London. The building was originally completed in 1922 and served as the headquarters of the Port of London Authority. It also hosted the inaugural meeting of the General Assembly of the United Nations in 1946. The building was acquired by Chinese conglomerate Reignwood Group and converted into the Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, with the private club occupying a distinct section of the property.

The club opened in 2017 as a partnership between Reignwood Group, Chateau Latour, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. It features dining rooms, a lounge, a wine room curated in partnership with Chateau Latour offering wines dating back decades, a cigar lounge, private event spaces, and access to the Four Seasons spa, gym, and swimming pool facilities within the building. The interiors were designed to reflect the building's Edwardian grandeur while incorporating contemporary elements, with the Rotunda Room — the former boardroom of the Port of London Authority — serving as the centrepiece dining space.

Membership costs approximately 3,200 pounds per year with a 1,600-pound joining fee. A young person membership is available for applicants under 33 at approximately 1,500 pounds per year with a 500-pound joining fee. The club targets senior professionals from London's financial, legal, and technology sectors, and its programming includes wine dinners, speaker events, and business networking functions.

The club's relationship with Chateau Latour, the Pauillac First Growth Bordeaux estate also owned by Reignwood Group owner Chanchai Ruayrungruang, provides access to rare vintages and exclusive wine experiences that distinguish it from other London members clubs.
