Home House is a private members club occupying three interconnected Georgian townhouses at 19, 20, and 21 Portman Square in Marylebone, London. The central building at 20 Portman Square was commissioned in 1773 by Elizabeth, Countess of Home, and designed by architect Robert Adam, who was brought in to complete the project after the original architect James Wyatt was dismissed in 1777. The building is a Grade I listed structure recognized as one of Robert Adam's finest surviving residential interiors in London, featuring neoclassical plasterwork, painted ceilings, and ornamental staircases.

The building served various purposes over the following two centuries and by 1989 had fallen vacant. It was placed on the World Monuments Watch List of 100 Most Endangered Sites due to its deteriorating condition. In 1996, Berkeley Adam Ltd undertook a comprehensive restoration, and the property was subsequently acquired in 2004 by a group of private investors who established it as a private members club. The restoration preserved Adam's original architectural details while adding modern amenities.

Home House now functions as a members club with 23 boutique bedrooms, multiple dining rooms, bars, drawing rooms, a gym, and event spaces. The club's atmosphere is defined by the contrast between its 18th-century interiors — including the Etruscan Room with hand-painted decorations and the circular Music Room — and contemporary furnishings and art. The club also incorporates modern co-working spaces and has positioned itself as a destination for entrepreneurs and creative professionals alongside traditional social members.

Full individual membership for those aged 35 and over costs approximately 2,250 pounds per year, with reduced rates of 1,450 pounds for members under 35. Social membership, providing evening and weekend access only, is available at 1,100 pounds per year. Overseas membership for non-UK residents costs approximately 1,450 pounds annually. The club hosts regular events including live music, art exhibitions, supper clubs, and networking functions.
