Thaddaeus Ropac is an international gallery for contemporary art founded in 1983 in Salzburg, Austria, by Austrian dealer Thaddaeus Ropac. The gallery specializes in postwar and contemporary art from Europe and the United States, representing around 60 artists and several major artist estates.

From its Salzburg origins the gallery expanded to Paris in 1990 with a space in the Marais, followed by a monumental converted factory space in Pantin on the edge of Paris, a London gallery in the eighteenth-century Ely House in Mayfair, and a gallery in Seoul. Its exhibition spaces are known for museum-scale presentations, and the gallery works with artists and estates including Georg Baselitz, Alex Katz, Erwin Wurm, and the Robert Rauschenberg estate, alongside leading international contemporary figures.

The gallery publishes scholarly catalogues, collaborates with museums on institutional exhibitions, and participates in the major international fairs, including Art Basel, Frieze, and fairs in Asia. Sales serve private collectors, foundations, and museums, with works ranging from editions to major paintings and sculpture at multi-million-dollar levels. The business remains privately owned and led by its founder.
