Leonardo Helicopters is the helicopter division of Leonardo S.p.A., the Italian aerospace, defence, and security group headquartered in Rome. The division carries the heritage of Agusta, founded in 1923, and AgustaWestland, and manufactures at sites in Italy, the United Kingdom, Poland, and the United States.

Leonardo is one of the leading suppliers in the civil helicopter market and holds a particularly strong position in the VIP and corporate segment, where its aircraft are widely used by private owners, corporations, and heads of state. Helicopters are sold directly and through authorized distributors worldwide, with VIP configurations typically priced from several million to well above ten million dollars depending on model and completion level.
